The distinction that matters is who is holding the syringe. This is a prescription medicine placed in specific muscles at specific depths — the difference between a natural result and a heavy, immobile one is anatomical knowledge and restraint, not the product. Every injection here is placed by Dr. Neha herself, a dermatologist with an MD in the speciality.
It also has genuinely useful non-cosmetic applications, most commonly for excessive underarm sweating, where it works very well through the Indian summer.

Will I look frozen?
Not if it is dosed properly. A frozen look comes from over-treatment. The approach here is to start conservatively and top up at the two-week review — adding a little is easy, and removing it is impossible.
How long does it last?
Around three to four months for facial areas, often longer for underarm sweating. With regular treatment the interval sometimes lengthens as the muscle weakens with disuse.
What happens if I stop?
Muscle movement returns gradually and your lines come back to where they would have been. It does not make anything worse than if you had never started.
Is it safe?
It has decades of clinical use behind it and a well-established safety profile in trained hands. The risks — asymmetry, a temporarily droopy lid — come from placement, which is why who injects it matters more than the brand.
