What we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it

Nothing you type. There are no forms, no sign-ups and no accounts on this site. Reading any page here does not create a record of you with the hospital.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs — the address of the device making the request, the page requested and the time — for a short period, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which we use to count visits and to see which pages and buttons people use, so the hospital knows whether the site is helping. This may set Google's analytics cookies in your browser. It is not used to identify you by name, and it is not connected to your medical records.

Through Tag Manager the site also loads the Meta Pixel, from Facebook, so the hospital can see whether people who saw its Facebook or Instagram advertisements visited the site. It records the pages you view and may set Meta's cookies in your browser. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may link those page views to your account under its own privacy policy. It is not connected to your medical records.

When you tap a WhatsApp button for a package on the Beauty Services page, the site tells Meta that a contact was started. It does this twice, so the count is not lost when a browser blocks the Pixel: once from your browser through the Pixel, and once directly from the website's server. The server's message carries your device's internet (IP) address, your browser type, Meta's own cookie identifiers if the Pixel has set them, the page address, and a short code for the package group the button belonged to. It does not include your name, your phone number, the treatment you ask about or anything you write on WhatsApp.

When you scan one of the hospital's printed QR codes, it opens a short page on this website for a moment before sending you on to WhatsApp. That page loads Tag Manager like any other page here, so the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tags described above record the visit, along with a short code naming which printed piece you scanned. Nothing you write on WhatsApp passes through it.

Through Tag Manager the site also loads Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the pages — clicks, taps, scrolling and where people leave — so the hospital can see which parts of the site are confusing. It may set Microsoft's cookies in your browser. It is not used to identify you by name, and it is not connected to your medical records.

The buttons on this site open WhatsApp, your phone's dialler or Google Maps. From that moment you are dealing with those services under their own privacy terms. Nothing you send on WhatsApp passes through this website.

What you tell the hospital on WhatsApp or by phone — your name, your number and the reason for your visit — is used to book and manage your appointment. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

The hospital uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to reply to enquiries and to send appointment confirmations and reminders. We only message people who have contacted us first or who have given us their number to book an appointment.

Messages are handled by Meta under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The hospital keeps the conversation history so staff can see what was already discussed about your appointment.

The Pay online page embeds a payment button from Razorpay. When you choose to pay, you are on Razorpay's own secure page, and it collects your name, contact details and card, UPI or bank details under its own privacy policy. This website never sees them. The hospital receives a record of the payment — the amount, the time and the contact details you gave Razorpay — so it can match the payment to your visit.

Only hospital staff who need your details to arrange your care can see them. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

The patient videos and photographs on this site are published only with the consent of the people in them. If you appear in one and wish it removed, tell the hospital and it will come down.

Clinical records are kept at the hospital, not on this website.
