What we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it

Nothing you type. There are no forms, no sign-ups and no accounts on this site. Reading any page here does not create a record of you with the hospital.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs — the address of the device making the request, the page requested and the time — for a short period, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which we use to count visits and to see which pages and buttons people use, so the hospital knows whether the site is helping. This may set Google's analytics cookies in your browser. It is not used to identify you by name, and it is not connected to your medical records.

The buttons on this site open WhatsApp, your phone's dialler or Google Maps. From that moment you are dealing with those services under their own privacy terms. Nothing you send on WhatsApp passes through this website.

What you tell the hospital on WhatsApp or by phone — your name, your number and the reason for your visit — is used to book and manage your appointment. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

The hospital uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to reply to enquiries and to send appointment confirmations and reminders. We only message people who have contacted us first or who have given us their number to book an appointment.

Messages are handled by Meta under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The hospital keeps the conversation history so staff can see what was already discussed about your appointment.

Only hospital staff who need your details to arrange your care can see them. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

The patient videos and photographs on this site are published only with the consent of the people in them. If you appear in one and wish it removed, tell the hospital and it will come down.

Clinical records are kept at the hospital, not on this website.
